Eoin is a chartered accountant with 8 years’ experience in the professional services industry prior to joining Bracegrade in 2020. In addition to his core responsibilities as Financial Controller, Eoin brings significant experience in business development, project management, and strategy. Eoin also maintains and evolves Bracegrade’s ISO certified quality management system.

Mark is a highly qualified, experienced and respected Health and Safety professional. Mark has performed the role of Health and Safety Manager for Bracegrade for many years, implementing and maintaining our Safe-T-Cert certified safety management system and, with his team, has established a strong and robust safety culture within the company.

Estimator & Surveyor
Chris is an experienced Estimator and Surveyor. He joined Bracegrade in 2015 and has successfully tendered for numerous projects across a range of sectors and values. Qualified in construction economics and management, Chris’ surveying experience has ensured sound commercial management of live projects.

Barry is a trained civil and structural engineer with vast experience in project management and general management in the construction industry having delivered projects internationally through multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. Barry joined Bracegrade in 2022 and heads the commercial side of the business bringing a focus on achieving corporate objectives.

Conor has qualifications in Engineering and Project Management and a wide range of experience across several jurisdictions including the US and Australia. Conor has completed several large, complex projects with a combination of his technical expertise and project management abilities.

David is a qualified joiner with over 30 years’ experience of the building industry in Ireland. David joined Bracegrade over 20 years ago and progressed to finishing foreman and Project Manager. David’s experience and project management skills have ensured the successful completion of numerous public and private contracts.

Darragh is a qualified carpenter and long-standing employee of Bracegrade. As an experienced Project Manager, he has worked on a wide variety of projects during his career, building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders. With his can-do attitude he is invaluable to the company and always well received by clients.
ANDREW ORR
Project Manager
Andrew is a Project Manager with a degree in Construction Technology. Since joining Bracegrade in 2022, Andrew has demonstrated his capability across a range of different types of projects. He has a good understanding of all construction methods and trades having worked as a skilled operative prior and during his studies. He is hands on when it comes to problem solving
RICHARD KEARNEY
Project Manager
Richard is a qualified carpenter by trade and has progressed through his career to become an experienced Project Manager in the industry. He has vast experience working on projects in Dublin and across Ireland for over 20 years. Richard joined Bracegrade in 2022 and has a strength in stakeholder management and has already been involved in the successful delivery of key projects for Bracegrade.
DOMINIC NOLAN
Project Manager
Dom is an experience project manager having worked on delivering a range of projects within the UK and Ireland over the last 30 years. Working as a trained and experienced carpenter by trade, he progressed to project management with a rounded grasp of all trades and aspects of construction projects and has delivered projects in housing, education, healthcare industry and commercial and retail always with a high attention to detail on finishes.
DAVID CANNON
Contracts Administrator
David is a highly experienced Project Programmer with over 15 years in construction, including in the pharmaceutical and nursing home sectors. He joined Bracegrade in 2016, where he expertly manages all construction programmes, contractor progress and delay reports. David also handles utilities liaison, BCAR processes, and maintains crucial PSCS/PSDP communications, ensuring project efficiency and quality.

Surveyor & Cost Manager
Jino is an experienced Surveyor with over seven years in the field and has been with Bracegrade since 2022. She is involved in post-contract cost management, handles the procurement of materials, and assists with project documentation, contributing to the effective commercial delivery of projects across various stages.
JOSH NICHOLS
Trainee Surveyor
Josh is a Trainee Surveyor with developing experience across a broad range of projects. He joined Bracegrade in 2023 while continuing his studies and has contributed to tendering, procurement, valuations, variations, and cost management. He is currently in his final year of college studying Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics and continues to develop his expertise in the commercial management of construction projects.
