Patrick is a founding director of Bracegrade overseeing all construction activities and contracts since the company’s inception. Patrick led the realignment and renewed growth of the company during a difficult economic period. Patrick’s vast experience and management skills have created Bracegrade’s reputation for high quality service and client loyalty.

With qualifications in Surveying and Project Management, Dermod joined Bracegrade over 25 years ago. Dermod’s sound commercial management and business development skills quickly led to his appointment as Commercial Director and more recently as Managing Director. Dermod’s leadership has strengthened Bracegrade’s reputation for client satisfaction.

Mark is a highly qualified, experienced and respected Health and Safety professional. Mark has performed the role of Health and Safety Manager for Bracegrade for many years, implementing and maintaining our Safe-T-Cert certified safety management system and, with his team, has established a strong and robust safety culture within the company.

Eoin is a chartered accountant with 8 years’ experience in the professional services industry prior to joining Bracegrade. In addition to his core responsibilities as Financial Controller, Eoin brings significant experience in business development, project management, and strategy. Eoin also maintains and evolves Bracegrade’s ISO certified quality management system.

Michael joined Bracegrade as an experienced Project Manager and has over 30 years’ experience of building in Dublin and surrounding areas. Also a qualified joiner, Michael has successfully managed large residential, commercial, conservation, healthcare and education projects where his experience of all aspects of building is invaluable.

Conor has qualifications in Engineering and Project Management and a wide range of experience across several jurisdictions including the US and Australia. Conor has completed several large, complex projects with a combination of his technical expertise and project management abilities.

Carl is a Mechanical Engineer and experienced Project Manager. Prior to joining Bracegrade, he spent 8 years working for a large multinational in the energy industry on projects across 13 different countries. Throughout his career to date, Carl has held leading roles in project planning, on-site management and project closeout.
