Rockwool external insulation applied to external façade with acrylic render finish
Installation of Alu-clad triple glazed windows and large curtain wall screens
Air tightness testing of all units with each achieving results above the standard3.0m3/hr/m2
Development achieved energy rating of A3
Associated site works involved providing a new water main, ESB supply and drainage connection outside of the site boundary
