This project consisted of the construction of 21 houses. Nine houses had been built to first floor level at which stage the initial builder went into liquidation and Bracegrade was then appointed to complete the houses. Other work involved re-aligning the road and extensions to 20 gardens. 

Due to the location of the project, anti social behaviour was a significant problem and was handled diplomatically without major incidents.
