BOYNE STREET REDEVELOPMENT, DUBLIN 2
This project consisted of the complete refurbishment and extension of 26 apartments and 52 maisonettes. The project was carried out in four phases; the first phase was carried out on unoccupied units and when completed, tenants were relocated from the next phase into the refurbished units. Particular care was required to ensure safe access and minimal disruption to tenants during the contract.
