This project consisted of the complete refurbishment and extension of 26 apartments and 52 maisonettes. The project was carried out in four phases; the first phase was carried out on unoccupied units and when completed, tenants were relocated from the next phase into the refurbished units. Particular care was required to ensure safe access and minimal disruption to tenants during the contract.

• Demolition of existing kitchen/bathroom annexes and access stairs
• Construction of new bathroom & kitchens, and external stairs to access first floor maisonettes
• New sliding sash timber windows and external doors
• Facade upgrade including brick repairs and cleaning
• New mechanical and electrical installations
• New internal finishes
• Replacement of all drainage and underground services
• Hard and soft landscaping
