Project Specifics
- Refurbishment to existing building housing 80no. Barracks personnel
- Removal and disposal of asbestos contaminated roof slates and replace with new including treatment to existing timbers
- Installation of commercial grade mechanical and electrical services
- Partial removal of ground floor slab including reinstatement of hardcore, floor insulation and radon membrane
- Installation of suspended ceilings to form service void
- Compartmentalising new fire escape routes by extending fire rated partitions to the underside of the roof
- Installation of new anti vandal grade sanitary fittings and toilet cubicles
- Replacement of all internal doors including ironmongery
