Refurbishment of Listed Limestone structure over basement and single storey, with additional double storey open plan commercial space to rear of builidng with DAC certification.
New HVAC system installed to both new and old structure
New sewage connection and attenaution tank installed in complex site with limited access
Multistorey structural steel extension with curtain walling system and stone facade.
Sedum roofing installed and balcony access.
Lime works repair to boundary wall and facade to conserve original features of building
