This project comprised construction of 41 apartments, two houses, communal facilities and administration offices on a brown field site in Ballymun. The site was located on an existing road and green area adjacent to a senior citizens facility. All existing services crossing the site, many uncharted, were located and diverted and this necessitated careful liaison with utility providers.

• Retail and communal facilities floor area 1400m²
• External finishes included brick, rendered blockwork, rainscreen cladding, Aluclad windows & doors
• Internal finishes were carried out to a high quality and durability level
• All bathrooms were fully accessible with fibreglass tanking to walls and floor
• Construction and realignment of the public road
