This is a residential development consisting of 17 new houses in an exclusive setting at Marino Park, off Mount Merrion Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The project comprised the construction of 17 high specification houses (1,562m2), the complete refurbishment of a listed building, Marino House (450m2) and landscaping of the entire development.
The houses were of a very high specification consisting of the following:
- Velfac windows and doors
- Natural slate roofs
- Underfloor heating on ground & first floors
- Sophisticated lighting systems
- Fully tiled bathrooms
- Kitchens by Enclosure
- Wardrobes by Oakline
- Interior detailing included oak woodwork
- Extensive hard and soft landscaping
