Construction of new facility for local boxing club, using sustainable methods of construction for the primary structure in timber glu-lam.
Project Specifics
- The sports facility was a new build, making use of an existing under-used car park space.
- The main feature of the building is the open plan hall area made possible through the use of glu-lam timber frame construction showcasing Bracegrade’s use of modern methods of construction.
- The project aligned with DLR’s sporting objectives and their Climate action plan 2024-2029, which Bracegrade are proud to support.
