This project consisted of the refurbishment of 94 apartments at Nicholas Street. The development was located in the heart of Dublin City near Christ Church Cathedral and the buildings were listed.
Works included:
- Upgrading common areas to comply with Fire Regulations
- New M & E installations
- Replacement windows and doors to match existing
- Installing bathrooms
- Complete new finishes
- Precinct improvements
- Upgrading of Ross Road: Replacement of footpaths and road surfacing
