Residential & Refurbishment
The project comprising a total of 50 apartments involved full refurbishment and repurposing of an existing convent and construction of new apartments, offices, café and community facilities. These works were carried out in buildings ranging from three to four story high. The works were phased to allow the existing three story convent to remain occupied until the new apartments were completed.
