This project consisted of the construction of 49 apartments and common room at St.Agnes Road Crumlin.
The scheme was two storey construction and the specification included:
- Rationel windows and external doors
- Natural slate roof
- Exposed glu-lam timber trusses
- Stone boundary walls
- Extensive paving and landscaping
