This project consisted of the construction of 21 apartments in a single seven storey block. The total floor area of 2,340m2 comprised 1,970m2 residential and 370m2 retail.

• In-situ concrete stair/ lift shaft
• Steel frame structure
• Metal deck flooring as permanent formwork for concrete floors
• External wall finishes included stone cladding and precast concrete brick faced panes
• Windows were fitted in hole in wall glazing
• Metal stud internal walls partitions
