This project comprised the construction of 37 apartments, Credit Union Office and Funeral Home in three blocks up to seven stories high with an underground car park and the conversion of a listed building into 10 apartments.

Project Specifics
- Residential floor area 2,500m
- Commercial floor area 1,100m2
- Underground car park excavation was carried out under the guidance of a team of archaeologists
- During construction one of the blocks was redesigned from five storey to seven storey and we co-operated with the design team to keep construction on target during this process
- Building structure was steel frame with comflor decking and insitu concrete floors
- External finishes included brick/ blockwork, stone cladding, curtain walling and cedar sheeting
- The new buildings were constructed adjacent to an existing listed building and public street so sheet piling and underpinning were undertaken to stabilise the building prior to excavation
- Internal finishes were carried out to a high standard
