Project consisted of the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of 25 Waltham Terrace, Blackrock Dublin.
The project consisted of the following features:
- The roof covering on the extension is zinc
- The widows were supplied and fitted by Joseph McNally Joinery Ltd.
- Internally there is underfloor heating
- Internal solid hardwood flooring throughout
- The stone wall of the existing building was exposed and repointed.
